You know what? I have taken the plunge and decided I am really worth focusing on and it is working. I decided this last year some time, but having the same old people surrounding me slowed me down a smidge. I pushed through by finding my tribe online, focusing on becoming …
The kids subscription box, Bluum, is 29$ per month if you do not bulk buy. I used to get Citrus Lane and they are really both very good. The budget tightening up made me choose one and I decided to stick with Bluum….but I do love Citrus Lane as well. Citrus Lane is also about 30$ – 29.95 to be exact.
I use these boxes as a way to spread out the cost of birthdays and Xmas shopping throughout the year. For 2014 Christmas, I was able keep a lot of what would normally be OVERSPENT on stuff my son doesn’t need or want and make a nice holiday season for him with the contents from these boxes. For the products that were not really something he would like – Bam – insta Bday gifts for the gazillion Birthdays we attend throughout the year.
Here is the May Bluum Box Unboxing so you can make a decision if this box is right for you…
If you want to jump in, please use my referral code and here is what I get if you do:
“Every time a friend subscribes for 3 months or more, you receive 500 points which equal a free month to bluum and will be applied automatically with your next renewal”
Uh, that is pretty cool, Thanks Bluum! So, if I was able to help you make the decision, please help me by giving me the credit – then you can refer people and get your credits going as well.
So – I love Vegan Cuts. I just started getting the boxes and I REALLY like them. I am getting pickier and pickier about what I put on my face and into my body. All these chemicals are just not good for us.
With Vegan Cuts Beauty Box, I feel much better about the products and am happy to wear them. The unboxing video highlights two boxes and if you decide to watch, please let me know what you think. It is so weird making a video and putting it out there for everyone to see…but I found them very helpful when I was picking out the subscriptions I wanted. I hope you do also.
Reviews on the following products will be updated as I try them out:
Athar’a Moroccan Coffee Eye Cream: So thick – I LOVE it. The price tag is pretty affordable also because you only need a smidge. Give it a try. You can get 20% off at AtharaPure.com with the coupon code: ATHARAPURE
Giveaway!!! I have a ton of eye shadow from subscription boxes, and I can never wear it all. If you want to win this Lauren Brooke Cosmetics Pressed Eye Shadow in the shade, Morning Dew, leave a comment below, or on the YouTube video and tell me you want it. I will pick a winner and ship it off. Good Luck.
Pacifica Devocean Lipstick in the shade: Rebel Sol. It smells like coconuts…or suntans and I like Pacifica products. Haven’t worn the shade yet – will update you as soon as I do. I have never been unhappy with any of their products.
As you know, I love subscription boxes. GlossyBox is one of my favorites. It is 21$ a month and you get to try decent brands before you invest in the full size produt. This month was pretty good.
Take a look at the unboxing video on my YouTube channel for a quick overview of what was inside.
I will update the post below as I try the products out.
The Sebastian Stylbrid 9 hairspray is my new favorite. It has a clean scent, it holds well, it isn’t heavy. I just love it. The hefty pricetag at 19.96 is the shocker though.
The Doucce Mineral Matte Lipstick had an underwhelming first impression. The product felt so dry and it really pulled on my skin on application. I have used it a couple times because the shade is pretty good for a normal work day. Meh. I wouldn’t buy it, but I am using it on occassion.
